Announcements for Sunday, June 16, 2013

  • The second collection today is for Peter's Pence and Turning Point of Las Cruces.

  • We wish all the Fathers a Happy Father's Day!

  • Tickets have been mailed out for our Brisket Plate Fundraiser on June 28th and 29th. Please send your ticket money to the office or put it in an envelope marked "Brisket Money" and drop it in the collection basket. Volunteers are needed to help in the kitchen. Please call the parish office if you can help.

  • St. Genevieve's Prayer Group meets every Monday from 7 to 8 p.m. in the conference room. We have a discussion of the upcoming Sunday Mass readings, prayers for the sick, and a blessing from Fr. Moreno. Please join us!

  • Tuesday, June 18th is Give Back Night at Chili's Restaurant. Please present the flyer in this week's bulletin when you place your order and Chili's will donate 10% of sales to our Youth Group.

  • Join us to pray the Chaplet of Divine Mercy every Saturday at 3 p.m. in the Church.

  • It's not too late to join our new bible study every Thursday from 6:30 to 7:30 p.m. in the conference room.

  • The Knights of Columbus 4th Annual Huacha Tournament will be held at Holy Cross Church on Saturday, June 22nd. Team sign in starts at 8 a.m. and the game starts at 9. $25 per team or $12.50 per person. Proceeds benefit the new Assembly of the 4th Degree of the Knights of Columbus.

  • St. Vincent de Paul Clothing Drive will be held during the month of June. Please bring your clean, gently used, unwanted clothing to the parish office. Items will be given to Catholic Charities Store.

  • Do you have public relations and sales skills? Sales representatives are needed to find sponsors for our Fiesta Book. A commission is offered. For more information, please call Father Ricardo at the parish office.

  • Las Cruces Catholic Schools Volleyball Camp will be June 24th through 27th from 9 a.m. to 11:30 a.m. A Soccer Camp and Basketball Camp are scheduled in July. Please see the bulletin
