As per the Governor's directive, houses of worship may resume holding services at 25% occupancy. We have been celebrating daily mass Monday-Saturday at 7:00 am. This weekend, in addition to our two parking lot masses, we will begin celebrating Mass at 11 am in the church. Social distancing guidelines will be strictly followed. We are limited to having 62 people in the church. Please wear a mask and sit in the designated areas. Thank you.

In assessing our needs as we slowly resume our sacramental life in our parish, we have determined that help will be needed on the weekends to clean and sanitize the church. Please call the parish office if you are willing to volunteer

The church is open for individual prayer 6:30 am to 7:00 am Monday-Saturday (live streamed on conference call above), and 5:30 pm to 6:30 pm Monday-Thursday. Visitors are advised to wear a mask when in the church.

Although the parish office remains closed, the phone calls will be answered Monday-Thursday, 9 am to 12 noon and 1 pm to 5 pm. On Friday phone calls will be answered 9 am to 12 noon. Please leave a message if we don’t answer and we will return your call.

We have received phone calls in the office from some parishioners informing us that they received a text message from Rev. Theophine Okafor requesting a favor and for them to text him as soon as they got his message. Please know that Fr. Theo has not sent any texts to anyone asking for a favor. If you receive a message from Fr. Theo, please do not reply. This is a scam. Please pass the the word along that this is a scam. Thanks for your help!

Parishioners, during this quarantine you can send your weekly donation to the parish office.

You may still call the parish office to make mass intentions. Those intentions will be said during daily mass at 7 am in the church.

Church grants special indulgence to coronavirus patients and caregivers...

On March 20, the Apostolic Penitentiary issued a decree granting plenary indulgences to “the faithful suffering from the Covid-19 virus, commonly known as coronavirus, as well as to healthcare workers, family members and all those who in any capacity, including through prayer, care for them.”

The note explained that the diocesan bishop has complete discretion over the administration of collective absolution except where there is an “imminent danger of death” or a “grave necessity.” Individual confession remains the ordinary way of celebrating the Sacrament of Reconciliation.
